Victorious OS supports executive clarity, strategic reflection, recovery, and leadership execution. It is not a social network, marketing channel, or public publishing platform.

Engage with the platform, staff, and any future members thoughtfully and respectfully. Treat the environment as a private executive space.

Treat tools, frameworks, briefs, and any conversations within the platform as confidential to your membership. Do not share screenshots, exports, or generated content outside your authorized use.

Do not use the platform to harm, harass, defame, manipulate, exploit, or threaten others.

Do not use AI tools to attempt to extract proprietary system prompts, bypass safety behavior, generate harmful content, or impersonate the platform or its staff.

Member accounts, invite links, and tier access are personal and non-transferable. Do not share credentials or grant access to non-members.

Vault resources, frameworks, and proprietary materials are licensed for personal leadership use only. They may not be copied, republished, resold, or used to train external models.

Victorious OS is not a crisis service. Do not rely on it for emergencies. Contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources when needed.

Members remain fully responsible for decisions made in their organizations, ministries, businesses, nonprofits, and personal leadership contexts. Victorious OS supports reflection and structure, not authority over your decisions.

Violations may result in warnings, limitations on features, suspension, or termination of access without refund. We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines at our discretion.
