Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using Victorious OS, you accept these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Victorious OS provides AI-guided strategic reflection, leadership frameworks, decision support tools, and curated intelligence resources. It is a strategic clarity and leadership operating environment, not a regulated professional service.

Use of Victorious OS is intended for adults who are legally able to enter binding agreements and who lead organizations, ministries, businesses, or initiatives where executive clarity tools are appropriate.

Victorious OS is currently offered by application during a private beta. Access may be granted, limited, modified, paused, or revoked at our discretion as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Different membership tiers unlock different tools and pathways within the platform. Access to specific features, including the Private Suite, may be restricted by tier.

Paid memberships are billed on the recurring schedule selected at signup. Payment is processed by our payment provider. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Comped or complimentary access may be granted at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or ended at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass tier restrictions, reverse engineer the system, scrape data, or use Victorious OS to harm, harass, defame, manipulate, or exploit others.

All frameworks, vault content, prompts, written material, designs, and proprietary methods are owned by Victorious OS and Dr. Tawanda Cargile. Members receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for their own leadership practice.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Victorious OS a limited license to process your submissions in order to deliver the platform's functionality. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal, medical, legal, or regulated data in submissions.

AI-generated briefs, summaries, and reflections are produced from your inputs and Victorious OS frameworks. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and applying judgment before acting on them.

Victorious OS does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, crisis, accounting, tax, or compliance advice. It does not replace consultation with qualified professionals.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victorious OS, its affiliates, and Dr. Tawanda Cargile are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, non-payment, or operational reasons.

Features, tools, pricing structures (for future cohorts), and tier configurations may change as Victorious OS evolves. We will communicate material changes through the platform or email.
