All doctrines, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, audits, prompts, diagnostic instruments, visual systems, written material, training content, and proprietary methods made available through Victorious OS are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Tawanda R. Cargile.

Victorious OS™ is a trademark of Dr. Tawanda R. Cargile. The name, marks, monogram, and visual identity may not be used without written permission.

Authorized members receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and apply Victorious OS materials within their own leadership practice during the period of their active membership.

Members and visitors may not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, translate, commercialize, train AI models on, sublicense, white-label, or create derivative works from any Victorious OS doctrine, framework, methodology, assessment, or content without prior written permission.

Use of Victorious OS frameworks, language, or methodologies within paid coaching, consulting, teaching, ministry training, or organizational programs requires a separate written license from Dr. Tawanda R. Cargile.

Members agree to treat Victorious OS doctrines, frameworks, internal vault content, and unreleased material as confidential and not to disclose them outside the platform without written permission.

Violations of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of access and any remedies available under applicable intellectual property law.

These Terms of Use may be updated as the Victorious OS body of work evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
