Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at signup. All charges are processed through our payment provider.

Monthly memberships renew each month based on your original signup date until cancellation.

Annual memberships renew each year based on your original signup date until cancellation.

Annual memberships receive a 20% discount relative to twelve months of the corresponding monthly plan.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time through the platform or by written request. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current paid period.

Victorious OS provides tools and frameworks. It does not guarantee any specific business, leadership, ministry, financial, or personal outcome.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because Victorious OS provides immediate access to proprietary digital tools, vault resources, and strategic frameworks, partial-period refunds may not be available.

Pricing, tier configurations, and policies may evolve before public launch. Private beta participants accept the experimental nature of the program.

Comped or complimentary access carries no refund rights. It may be modified or ended at any time at our discretion.

If a charge fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. Access may be downgraded or suspended for past due accounts.

Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless terminated earlier for violation of the Terms of Service or for operational reasons.
